Overview

Mahadeo Nirman Pvt. Ltd (MNPL) was formed in the year 1994. It has since been involved with the real-estate and property development industry of Kolkata. Since inception MNPL has created more than 5 lakh square feet of construction space. Appreciating the recent demand for middle and low-income segment housing the company has ambitious plans of building many more housing complexes in and around Kolkata.

Business Summary

Currently the company is engaged in residential-cum-commercial complexes. Our recent project OM Towers is an 11-storeyed building with amenities like community hall, landscaped garden and parking. We wish to carry out our future projects with similar level of quality and facilities and build upon the strong relationship we share with our customers. We have catered to the housing dreams of 500 families nad plan to see more cheerful faces in the future.

Directors

Shri Nawratan Mal Baid: Mr. Baid have been in the real estate industry for more than two decades, he has a vast knowledge about the property development industry of Kolkata. He is at the helm of affairs of and involved in all the strategic decisions of the company.

Shri Navratan Mal Pasari: He holds a thorough experience of the Indian Financial Markets, taxation and company law. Mr. Pasari is responsible for fund management of the company.

Shri Sandeep Kumar Pasari: Mr. Sandeep Pasari, the operation manager of the company. He manages the actual site-work and involved in all aspects of the company functions.

Our Associates

Architects: Our buildings are designed by Agarwal and Agarwal headed by Mr J.P.Agarwal. He has to his credit the experience of creating world-class structures like the famous shopping mall - Forum.

Structural Engineer: The design given by the architects is developed into the desired structure by Mr Sanjiv Parekh, our structural engineer.
